The check-in was friendly and the checkout went smoothly, with no hassle. The property is older, but my room was clean and it was quiet, so I had a peaceful, comfortable stay. The location was very convenient, and it was great value for what I paid.

Staff were very polite and helpful, and the apartment was a great place to stay, close to transport, shops, and hotels. There was plenty of space, all the amenities I needed, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen, laundry area, and storage were great. The lounge could be a little bigger. The shower is over a fairly high bathtub, which was difficult for us to climb in and out of, as we're elderly and short in stature. Thank you.

It's a cheap place, and that shows. Two places operate in one building, which caused plenty of confusion. I reported on the first day that I couldn't connect to WiFi, but nothing was done. After three days I messaged again about the WiFi, a broken dishwasher, the unavailable gym, and a filthy doona between the sheets. A glass was missing, too. The only issue they wanted to address was whether we wanted another glass. Everything was handled by text, because calling out of hours would cost $100. Definitely won't return.

The price is good, but the rooms could use an update. I was especially disappointed that the gym was closed and there was no alternative leisure option. That matters a lot for longer stays and business travel. Without a gym or some modernization, I’d find it hard to justify staying again.
