The view was lovely, but that was the only good part. The room smelled strongly of smoke when we arrived, as if people had been smoking in there all day. One air bed had a hole and couldn't be used, and we couldn't get into the pool or gym. I booked for eight people but there were only four towels, with no message about clean ones. Customer service needs work.
We spent one night here for a girls' night out. The bathroom sink was dirty, there were leftover drinks from previous guests, and just one toilet roll for five of us. The directions about leaving the keys and remote in the room were awful, especially since it meant leaving the door unlocked. After we left the $400 cash deposit, they disconnected the mobile phones.
