Spectacular Private Balcony Views with Pool

Jacob and Julio at Reception were especially accommodating when plans for collecting a parcel I’d left behind had to change, since I was leaving the state. They really went above and beyond. I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Quest Flemington Central. The service and rooms were great for our little family over a few nights, and the location was central to where we needed to be. Thanks again!

I’m here for work, but this would be one of my top hotels for a leisure trip too. The styling is really cool for the price, and lots of thought has gone into the details. Even the lobby smells great when you walk in. Everyone on staff has been helpful, the location’s good and the bed is comfy. I noticed a man staying with a dog, which is always a win, though it may have been a service animal, I’m not sure. Complimentary laundry liquid was so handy for this trip. I’d absolutely come back, and it looks like a great room for the races.

They make you feel welcome before check-in and while you’re checking in, and the staff go beyond what’s expected to make your stay comfortable. I won’t book anywhere else for work trips in this area. No comparison with the others nearby, 5 stars!

We’ve just spent 3 nights in Flemington after booking through Expedia, and we’ll happily return. We chose the hotel for its rooftop pool, so it was a real letdown to learn after booking and paying that it wasn’t open to guests. The booking site hadn’t mentioned this. Jacob at the front desk turned things around from our first interaction with his genuine, excellent service. He went out of his way to help with the disappointment and promptly offered several comps. His naturally friendly welcome made us happy even without the pool. Management should make sure every booking platform says the pool is unavailable. Jacob gets 15/10, and Pam at the front desk was also lovely, cheerful and helpful. Happy guests, Anthony and Penny.
