Luke texted me at 2 am to say he was cancelling my room because he’d made a mistake. They book you in, then cancel after midnight. It ruined my whole trip to Melbourne. Dodgy as!

The house is lovely inside, with modern decor and comfortable furnishings. We had the king master bedroom with its own ensuite toilet. The kitchen works well and there’s a laundry area, while the living room and outdoor patio are great spaces that seem underused. Getting to the house is difficult, and you need a car to get around. Service only really happens at check-in.

There are food and takeaway places nearby, and the bed was comfortable. The accommodation felt spacious, clean and welcoming, with great facilities.

Sam is always so welcoming, and the rooms are decorated simply but beautifully. The house is INCREDIBLE, so clean and lovely. I fell in love with it and wanted to move in! We usually stay at Apple House Tarneit, which is great too. I’d give this 10 stars if I could, and can’t recommend it enough.

My family were so happy staying there, and it was even better than we expected. The house is modern, clean and quiet, in a nice area. Luke and Sam are really nice people to deal with, and the staff were lovely. A+++++
