The room had modern furnishings, comfy beds, and was well equipped. For a longer stay, having a washer and dryer in the bathroom is handy. The front desk staff were friendly, and the location made it easy to catch trams into the city, Docklands, and St. Kilda. Housekeeping was the weak point: they changed the towels and made the beds, but didn’t really clean.

The spa was a lovely place to unwind, especially since the pool was disappointingly cold. We were in Melbourne for a girls’ weekend and found the hotel good value, with a location that made getting around the city easy. We had a great stay.

Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly, and having an apartment worked well for a stay of several nights. The location was good too. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, though, and the shower pressure was very low. I might come back, but I may look elsewhere.

The room was modern and nicely decorated, with plenty of space, cooking facilities, and a large bathroom. There was even a dishwasher, which was a fun surprise. Staff were lovely, friendly, polite, and accommodating, and the price was good too.

It was a spacious apartment with a balcony, and the location worked really well for our holiday. The twin room we wanted wasn’t available, though, and there was a lot of noise from the nearby train lines. I also didn’t like having the shower over the bath, and the water pressure was poor.
