Brighton Bay Apartments

After 11 years overseas, our family of four spent over 5 weeks at Brighton Bay Apartments while getting settled back in Melbourne. We split that time across 3 stays, and Jason and Paul were consistently impeccable and attentive. They offered to store our extra bags and bring back what we needed for each visit. They seemed to anticipate our needs throughout. Jason helped us book for as long as possible so we could find permanent accommodation. His empathy and care for our family's interests stood out, even after more than 30 years of my experience with luxury accommodation. He kept in clear contact, personally welcomed us, checked in during our stay, and explained what to do at departure. Both he and Paul made us feel like favourite family members, whether we were there for days or weeks. The personal concierge service surpassed what I've had at premium hotels, even as a Platinum Elite Marriot Bonvoy member. The apartments feel like a home away from home, not just a room. They're spacious, with a full fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, comfortable beds, and lovely furniture. We even had an unexpected courtyard. There were complimentary chocolates, coffee and teas on arrival, plus brochures for activities and food recommendations. The Deck, a great breakfast spot, is literally opposite. A convenience shop for groceries and drinks is around the corner, under a 5 minute walk. There's convenient parking underneath for guests with a car. Brighton Baths Health club membership gave us a local view of Melbourne beach life, in a private setting, as well as access to a health club. You can walk there in about 20-25 minutes, including a nice stretch along the Melbourne foreshore in Brighton, take the complimentary bikes, or drive and park in 5 minutes.
