The staff looked after me during a really difficult time in my life, and that gave me some much-needed peace and strength to keep going. I’m grateful from the bottom of my heart. The rooms are lovely, well maintained, and the staff are lovely too. Fresh towels were provided daily, it’s pet friendly, and the price is reasonable. I couldn’t have asked for more. Kind regards, S.M 🪴🌴🌵

My family loves coming here, and I enjoy it in both summer, when we can use the pool, and on colder visits when I can just tuck up in bed. The staff are great. I’d highly recommend it :)

The room was a good size, and the location worked well for me. But there was noise all night, people talking, smoking outside my room for hours, and plenty of other goings-on. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Firmly one star. I was left without accommodation in the middle of the week, and the whole experience felt risky. There were problems with the receptionist and booking, both online and through the office, along with poor communication and unpredictable language. The online and in-office booking process seems to need retraining. This review is about one staff member. The female staff were professional.

The pool looked a bit dirty at first, but after it had been switched on, it was lovely the next day. The renovated rooms are very nice inside, and not having to pay a bond helped at the time.
