CitiClub Hotel Melbourne

Zena at reception made everything easy for my best friend and me. She checked us in 45 minutes early, helped with directions, and suggested places to go. She was so nice. The hotel was busy that weekend because we were there for the lady Gaga concert, but they handled it without a problem. Our room was beautiful, had a nice view, and was within walking distance of marvel stadium and the city. The nightclub attached to the hotel had a very generous happy hour, yet surprisingly we could barely hear it from our room and slept great with the party going below. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back. Thanks again to Zena and the nice people at Citiclub!

The room was alright, and the bed and TV were okay, but the nightclub noise made the stay awful. It blasted until 4 AM on the weekend, and I could hear it in the bathroom with the door shut and shower running. The hotel gives you earplugs, but they barely help. The club acknowledges the noise but doesn't offer refunds, and its replies look copied and pasted. Read the contract fine print carefully. It mentions the noise, but that feels like a sneaky way to take customers' money. They know about the complaints and reviews and still refuse to do anything. Please don't stay here.

Rooms are modern and clean, and the location is good. The entrance is easy to miss. Be aware that a nightclub runs on weekends, and you can hear it loudly in the rooms late into the night. Weekdays are fine. Bring earplugs or don't book.

Vina checked us in and was really friendly and helpful. She knows the city well and gave us good suggestions for places to visit and eat. My family and I stayed over New Year, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had room service daily. The location is very central and close to everything. We'd happily stay again.
