A lovely, very clean home that looks like it has four bedrooms, so it could be great for a weekend away with a group. There’s only one bathroom and toilet inside, which everyone would need to share and be mindful of. The only downside is that there’s no tea or coffee provided.

The tram stop nearby made getting around easy, and Lily was a lovely, helpful host who kept the house clean. The home is beautiful and has what you need for either a short or longer stay. I had a 10/10 visit. Thanks, Lily! I’d regret not booking here.

The bathroom at the back of the house was really cold during the Australian winter, so I’d probably choose a warmer time of year next time. Otherwise, Deco Family House had what we needed for our two-week stay in July-August. It was clean, and the kitchen had pots, crockery and cutlery, plus a microwave and toaster. There’s also laundry onsite, and even an umbrella in the room. Lily was quick and efficient whenever we had a question. The wi-fi was a little slow and unstable, but fine for email and basic use. We’d stay again. Getting to the CBD by tram or train takes about 45 minutes. There’s an IGA nearby, and Coles is around a 20-minute walk. Booking was easy, too.

We loved the feel of the house, and it was easy to do laundry there. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our room was very clean and tidy. Deco Family House worked out really well for a short Melbourne stay, in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. There are two parking spaces if you reserve ahead.

Public transport is convenient from this quiet, pretty neighborhood. Our room was kept clean and tidy, and it had a relaxing scent. For the surroundings and service, the price felt very reasonable. Deco family house would be a great choice for a short stay in Melbourne.
