We stayed in January with our two children and usually choose central Melbourne for convenience, but Docklands Executive Apartments was just as easy to get around from. The nearest tram stop is about 100 metres from the door, and Woolworths and Marvel stadium are a short walk away. The self-contained kitchen was great on nights we wanted to stay in. We only met Paul, not Belinda, and the hospitality was fantastic. I've already told family and friends about the place and will definitely come back. Great place, highly recommend.

The apartment was extremely comfortable and the views were spectacular. The person looking after us was cheerful and friendly, which added to the building's atmosphere. The lobby's plain orange artwork could be more interesting, and there was a slightly odd smell in the lobby. Still, a fantastic experience. Don't hesitate to stay here.

The manager greeted us, which made us feel extra special. Thanks, Paul. The apartment was in a fantastic location and had all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped laundry, kitchen condiments, and power boards beside the bed for charging a phone and iPad. We won't need to bring anything next time. We'll definitely be back. It'd be hard to beat this accommodation in Melbourne.

Management were friendly and caring, and happy to help when asked without intruding. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped, and getting around was convenient, with a major train station behind it and two very handy tram stops out front.

The view is amazing, but I won't get to enjoy it for a few months because I was told on move-in day that the balcony would be off limits over winter while the building's fire hazard cladding is removed. I was really disappointed to learn this after signing a 12-month lease. The building is 17 years old, and the workmen outside my window can make it hard to sleep in. I wish the real estate had told me. I've been told the cladding will be removed and replaced, so maybe wait until that work is complete. These are apartments, with long-term accommodation too.
