For two of us, the room they gave us was very large and clean, with full furnishings and a lovely balcony view. The train station was nearby, and finding food wasn't a problem. We booked for six days, but were disappointed at first: we arrived around 6am and waited nearly two hours to check in because the receptionist only opened at 10am. Once you've booked, keep in touch with them on WhatsApp about the deposit and other details before you arrive. It'll make things easier. ROOM NO 1310 🥰😍

The rooms were a good size and good value for our three-night stay while visiting a sick relative. Check-in was easy, and Eve was polite and friendly. We felt welcome and enjoyed our stay. It was a pleasant experience, and we'd definitely come back. The kitchen and bathroom had everything for a short stay: plenty of towels, handy-sized shampoo and soap, a full-size oven and fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, plus plenty of utensils, cutlery and crockery. There was also lots of cupboard and storage space, a washing machine and dryer, and laundry detergent. Traffic was a little noisy, though we're used to a ground-floor house and I guess that's apartment living. Earplugs did the trick and I slept well. The dishwasher smelled unpleasant and needs a good clean, though we didn't need to use it. A spare blanket would help, as there was only one for two rooms. A fan in each bedroom would be useful too: with the doors closed, the air conditioning doesn't reach them. We stayed in winter and opened a couple of windows for fresh air, but I imagine it could get hot in warmer months.

The check-in hours ended at 6pm, which wasn't convenient, especially when travelling with children. There was no late check-in service, so I had to cancel the whole booking.

We were really disappointed by our recent two-night stay. We had booked three months ahead for my daughter’s 17th birthday, having enjoyed the apartments when they were new a few years ago. This time the place looked shabby, and although the kitchen and living-area floor was clean, its discoloration made it look filthy. After the first night my daughter woke with numerous bedbug bites all over her body. I contacted reception the next morning, but they only offered to send a cleaner to change the sheets, leaving us to wait hours without privacy. My daughter was scared to sleep there again, so I called reception once more. They eventually gave her another room for the second night, but it was on a different floor, and we needed a separate key for the lift on each floor. That caused a lot of inconvenience for our family, even on a short stay. We asked Booking.com and the property management for a refund for the first night. After checkout, we still hadn’t heard any apology. The room condition and the customer service were both very disappointing, and that response didn’t feel professional.
