Anne at reception was great and really helpful. We spent six nights as a family of four in the two-bedroom apartment and couldn't fault it. It was modern and clean, with its own washer/dryer and dishwasher, and close to public transport, shops and restaurants. I'd happily recommend it to family and friends.

My travel agent hadn't booked Essendon Apartments correctly, and I'd already had a string of problems on arriving in Melbourne. The welcome I got at the property was warm, and when they saw how distressed I was, they offered a free room upgrade to lift my spirits. That felt like real empathy and customer service. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

Annie was lovely and so helpful. The place was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed, and the location worked perfectly for trams and walks to restaurants. Laundry, WiFi and parking were all free to use. I'd definitely recommend it!

The room was clean and a good size, with everything close by. The staff were friendly, accommodating and gave great customer service. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're looking in or around Essendon.

The location made getting around easy, with shops, restaurants and trams nearby. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were lovely and helpful. I had a fabulous, very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend it.
