Experience Bella Hotel Apartments

We stayed with four people for a Xmas breakup at Fed Square. The apartment had a decent amount of space, and the living room was big enough for the girls to have a makeup artist set up and do their makeup. The kitchen was quite large and functional, while the bedrooms and bathrooms were smaller but fine. There were scuff marks on the walls and skirts, though they didn’t really bother us. We heard some noise late at night after getting back around midnight, but it had completely died down by about 1-2am. The elevators could be pretty slow at times.

The included breakfast was the best part, and the city night view wasn’t too bad. Getting a working door key took many trips up and down the escalators, almost at midnight after we’d travelled a long way. The room, carpet, and especially the balcony were filthy. Equipment was missing, things were broken, and nobody seemed to care. The young cleaners didn’t seem to know how to clean properly. We wouldn’t stay again. We eventually got a refund and left four days early.

The city views were good, and our room was nice. Staff were friendly, but check-in was extremely busy and the wait was long. Keycard entry for the building and room seemed like a good idea, though needing the card for the elevators was awkward. You can only go to your own floor, which doesn’t work well for groups booked on different floors. The bed was much too soft for me.

The only positive about our stay was that the bed was soft and comfortable. The TV didn’t work, and there were dirty towels and upholstery left in the room. The walls were filthy, the curtains were stained and smelled bad, and there was exposed wiring. It was the filthiest place I’ve ever stayed. The photos on their page were nowhere near what we experienced. We would have checked out and booked somewhere else, even if it meant losing our $800 per night, but everything was booked because Pink was in town.
