I really didn’t want to go when it was time to leave. The common room had an unusually open, lively feel, and I ended up making friends here I expect to keep for life. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The staff were incredibly kind and ready to help, which made the whole stay feel special.

I’d happily return here. The staff, especially Sam, Frank, Sofie and Paige, were outgoing and so friendly, and there were activities on every day. The kitchen was spacious and had food storage, while the location was great too. One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in.

The facilities were good and got cleaned every day, and there was always something social happening. Bounce has fun activities, though it doesn’t feel like a party hostel. The staff were helpful and really friendly. It’s in a great spot right by iconic Flinders Street, and I’d happily stay here long term.

There were great events for meeting people, including the Penguin Beach Tour Tanner organised. The hostel has a relaxed, cozy feel, and I really enjoyed my time there. It’s right by the train station and close to the trams, in a very good location. I’d recommend it to anyone travelling solo in Melbourne.

There’s a nice feel to the place, with good spots to study and hang out. The location is awesome, and the beds were clean and tidy, with secure individual lockers built into them. Such a great hostel, I’ll be back and would definitely recommend it.
