Glenlowren

The wedding weekend couldn't have gone better, thanks in big part to our stay at Glenlowren. We were visiting the Yarra Valley from the U.S. for our wedding and chose it for our wedding party. The house was amazing, with lots of room to gather and spend time together. The bedrooms felt comfortable and the beds were incredible. The setting was idyllic and restful. Thank you, Tinne and Pieter, for being such amazing hosts and making our Yarra Valley stay so memorable.

We hired Violet Rose Catering for a sit-down meal, and there was plenty of room for all of us at the table. The games room kept everyone entertained, and we're already dreaming of returning. Nineteen of us spent a long weekend in the entire farmstead for my 30th birthday and loved it. The house was stunning, spacious in every room, and so clean and thoughtfully set up. We used both kitchens, with several attractive, practical places to sit and eat. Everything we needed was there. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the grounds were beautiful: we played basketball on the court and cricket by the patio, spent time in the courtyard, and lounged by the pond. Tinne and Annie were wonderful, responsive hosts over email. Before we arrived, they provided an amazing online guide with all the details we could need.

The little things really made our stay: extra firewood, heated private bathrooms, plenty of fridge space, and perfectly manicured gardens. The location and facilities were fantastic too.

We had a wonderful wedding weekend at Glenlowren with our family. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, and the house was spacious and worked perfectly for a large group. Its beautifully maintained grounds were lovely to explore on our bikes. The place was tidy and stocked with everything we needed for a big family getaway. It was super kid friendly, with room for everyone to have quiet time and an ensuite in every room. Thanks for having us. We'll definitely be back.
