We both ended up finding somewhere else to stay, along with another couple who ran into the same problems that day. This was advertised as a serviced apartment, but it’s an Airbnb. It was hard to reach anyone, communication in English was difficult, and there was no reception for check-in. The arrangements for bag drop and check-in kept changing and were hard to sort out. They don’t give refunds. DO NOT STAY HERE.
