We'd just come off a 10-hour international flight with our 2-year-old and only wanted to rest, so we didn't complain about the state of the apartment or the check-in problems. It took me two hours to clean it. The walls were dirty, cabinets marked, carpets dusty, and there was someone's hair on the windows and in the bathrooms. When we left, we'd cleaned it and left it in much better shape than when we arrived. Now they're refusing to release our $1,000 bond and are claiming extra costs, which is ridiculous. The apartment was in very poor condition and wasn't clean. This was very poor management dealing with David. Some photos are attached.

I'm a friend of a family dealing with poor customer service from David at ILIXIR APARTMENTS. They've been trying to get their deposit back, and it's been held for a week now. I don't recommend READY SET HOST ILIXIR APARTMENTS.

The venue was very clean, and communication was exceptionally efficient, especially by email. Excellent customer service.
