I’m posting for my elderly parents, who are staying at Junction Kew Apartments this winter and wouldn’t know how to leave a review themselves. They’ve had a terrible stay. At night the heating switches off, the bed cover is thin, and there are no extra blankets, so they had to sleep bundled up in all their clothes. My mother spoke with the manager today and was given a blanket with hair on it for tonight. There was only one set of crockery in the room, and finding the apartments is difficult because there’s no sign for them. You have to look for the “Beaumont Kew” sign.
