We paid extra for a pool and a king-size bed, but neither felt worth it. The bed was two singles pushed together and quite uncomfortable. We should have looked more closely at the location too. The nearest cafe was a 15-minute walk, so we had to rely on taxis to get anywhere. This is a function centre, definitely not a hotel.

Warren, the service manager, made a real difference during our longer stay. A couple of minor maintenance issues came up, things that wouldn’t normally affect other guests, and he got them sorted immediately without any fuss. His caring, friendly manner and genuine willingness to help made a lasting impression. The townhouse was comfortable, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Check-in was welcoming, friendly and smooth, and we were impressed by the service and attention to detail. We’d happily return. Highly recommended!

A lovely clean room with what seemed like everything you’d need, except milk for a morning coffee! My pet hate. They didn’t even have those awful UHT ones that take six to make one cup. 😜

Our room at Kimberley Gardens was tidy and very clean, and the place was nice and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it’s close to Cabrini Hospital. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend it.
