I spent hours waiting in the lobby because there was no concierge. I tried to get in touch but got no response for several days. Other people were waiting to check in too, and no one answered them either. The service was very poor. I won’t book through these apartments again.

The apartment had the usual modern amenities, plus free Netflix, which was a nice bonus. We had a 2BR, and while the bedrooms looked bigger in the pictures, it was still comfortable for four people. Our place had nice furniture, though the furnishings differ between some apartments. The location is great, right by the SkyBus drop-off at Southern Cross, with free trams just a few minutes’ walk away.

We had a premium apartment with awesome views across Melbourne. The beds were comfortable, everything was sparkling clean, and it was a great place to spend time, both for a break and while working from home.

The service was extremely poor. I waited a long time to check in and nobody paid attention to me, which left me very disappointed. The location is genuinely convenient, right by Southern Cross Station, with the free tram just steps away. The apartment has good facilities, including Netflix, but the photos are a bit exaggerated. The actual space is just right.
