We had no hot water for 2 days, the bathroom water leaves red stains, and there’s little soundproofing between floors. The windows hadn’t been cleaned for over 1.5 years, the washing machine room was being used for storage, and the electronic gate’s parking exit button was never fixed. With private residents, "serviced apartments" and longer term leases all mixed together, there seems to be little leadership or building maintenance. Aston apartments ownership had a "not our problem" attitude towards tenants. The owner’s Porsche SUV and Mercedes, with golf clubs on display, are a nice reminder of where the profits from such businesses go. Book and contribute to this at your own risk and discretion.

The bed was uncomfortable, there was no kettle, and only 2 hotplates on the stove worked. The bathroom fan didn’t work either, and every wall in the bathroom had mold. There was also a red mark in the toilet that looked like blood? When cleaners came in, they took a pack of twisties. Instead of simply offering to replace it, which would have cost $2, management argued with me.

Staff got stolen, and the apartment did nothing about it and didn’t even care.
