The room was tidy and clean, the bed very comfortable, and the shower pressure was good. It's a quiet spot, though some fixtures feel flimsy and the towels are frayed at the edges. It's okay, but a little expensive for a motel in this location, though I guess it's Melbourne.

It was easy to relax in the quiet room. Everything was clean and well looked after, from the spotless, well-stocked bathroom to the fresh linens. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job.

The bathroom was roomy, and the shower pressure was almost comically strong, like level 4 decontamination at a nuke plant. There were dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds were very comfortable, with the best pillows I've had in ages. The room looked recently renovated and was easy on the eye, though the first impression opening the door was unassuming. Check-in was the usual Nightcap online process, then it was easy to pick up the key at the newly renovated reception. Looking across at the hotel units had me a bit worried at first. The TV was fairly new, around 32 inches. There was a small fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, milk and complimentary water, but no microwave. Walking to the restaurant took just a minute, and the meal was delicious. Had an excellent stay and will definitely be back soon.

Tito and Dianne were approachable, cheerful and always willing to help. The team made a real effort to resolve issues efficiently, and their friendly, consistent support made the whole experience positive. Their commitment to good customer service really shows.
