The apartment was clean and the services were generally adequate, but the admin side and hidden charges were a real disappointment. The two extra blankets they provided were extremely dirty and dusty, which set off my allergies. They tell you about an exit cleaning fee by email as you're leaving. The amount seems random, and it isn't listed on their website or booking sites. Their terms only mention an "exit cleaning fee" without saying what it will cost, and you have to dig through them to find it. I find that really misleading, and I'm sure the fee could be taken to VCAT. They should make it clear on the website.

The stay itself was great, but the admin was below standard. I had to call to get my refund after the 10 day period had passed. When they processed it, they took out 28 day vacating costs, even though my Occupancy letter clearly said I would vacate on Feb 28 and no charge applied. So disappointing. Now I have to call again to get the rest of my bond settled and ask why so much was deducted.
