The views are excellent, security is top notch, and gym etiquette is respected. It's one of Southbank's best buildings. Stefan on the concierge team is always welcoming and supportive. When I first moved in, Rekha was a huge help with the guidance I needed. She isn't in the building anymore, but I remember her friendly smile and how she was always happy to have a quick chat.

I've lived here for nine years and love the building and its amenities, but management keeps getting worse. The concierge and building manager are rude, unhelpful, lazy, and unprofessional, especially the bald one. If you're considering buying an apartment, think twice. Renovating is also difficult because there's no parking for your contractor. My parents own our apartment, and when they came from overseas to stay with me for a few weeks, management called to complain that too many people were living there. I wish they'd deal with more important problems instead of micromanaging. It's sad to see this happening.
