Pullman Melbourne Albert Park

The hotel was lovely, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. As a coeliac, though, I wanted more food choices. Breakfast was fine, with a dedicated GF buffet section, but lunch and dinner options were limited. There are so many GF beers around, including my favourite, Two Bays, so I'm always surprised hotels don't keep some in the fridge for coeliac guests. Apart from that, excellent in every respect.

We usually stay here when we're in Melbourne because it's near family, and the room was great, especially the new walk-in shower. But the main restaurant menu is very limited if you're gluten intolerant and don't eat meat, with no vegan options. Thank heavens Mortimers bar has some. You shouldn't have to stay in your room and order Uber Eats at a Pullman. Housekeeping was lacking too. We ran out of toilet paper and called the concierge at 8am, but by 4:30 the room still hadn't been serviced and the paper hadn't been replenished. The coffee maker was dusty and didn't work, and the concierge didn't arrange to have it fixed after we told them. The cups were too big anyway, so even if it had worked, I didn't want hot coffee in the glassware provided. Staff were mostly helpful, except when we asked about Mortimers bar opening hours. The information in the room didn't match reality.

We had a great family stay at Pullman Albert Park, two adults and five kids across two rooms. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the staff were so helpful. Penny at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. When the pool was temporarily closed, the hotel offered guests swimming at MSAC and covered all the transport costs. The manager later came around at breakfast to let everyone know it had reopened, which was very kind. Breakfast was amazing, with a different menu each day. We loved the waffles with berries and chocolate sauce. There's cheap parking downstairs, water stations around the hotel, and a nice lounge in the foyer. The bar and cafe were great for all ages. It's in a great spot, with a quick tram to St Kilda or the city. Very clean, friendly, and well managed. Thanks for the stay!

Nanny and Ashlee deserve a special shout-out. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From check-in to check-out, the service felt genuinely five star. I was welcomed warmly from the start, and the whole stay was smooth and professional.
