The club lounge was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally placed for exploring Melbourne, with everything close by. My room was clean, roomy, well equipped, and had a comfortable bed. Check-in took a little prompting before I got information about the facilities, breakfast, and club access.

We had a great extended weekend at this conveniently located Pullman. The breakfast was delicious and nutritious, and our corner room had everything we needed, with environmentally friendly amenities. The guest facilities were very good too, especially the spacious, trendy gym, infrared sauna, and tastefully decorated, relaxing lounge. Excellent job.

I use the Pullman as the courtesy bus pickup point for The Johnston Collection events, and love it. It used to be the Hilton ages ago. The staff are welcoming, the customer service is great, and the place is clean, spacious, and well attended, with lots of tourists coming and going. It's opposite the MCG, with a tram out front for a ten minute ride to Flinders St station, then you're right in the heart of the CBD. Perfect location.

We were greeted with kindness and respect, which felt so welcoming. The staff made our birthdays special with a card, chocolates, and drinks, and the room was lovely and big. Breakfast was amazing, and everything about the Pullman was fantastic. Thank you all.

We celebrated Mum's birthday here and had a wonderful time. The room design was practical, and the colour scheme and overall look really impressed us. The location is perfect, check-in and check-out were easy, and the place was very clean. Nothing at all to complain about. I'd highly recommend it.
