Q Squared Serviced Apartments

I booked this because my partner was in hospital at Peter Mac, and the location made it easy to get to everything we needed. Customer service was excellent and the apartment spotless. It had a washing machine and dryer, plus a complete kitchen. We were on the ground floor, but it was still relatively quiet. Highly recommend.

While my son was in hospital, we stayed here and Reece, the manager, was amazing. He was attentive and so accommodating to our situation. You're a lovely young man, and I feel lucky to have met you. The rooms were spotless and bright, the beds comfortable, and having a washer, dryer and cooking facilities made things so easy. Thank you, Reece and Q Square. I can't recommend you enough.

The ground-floor room was constantly noisy from the street and passing pedestrians, so it was very difficult to rest. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude and aggressive, and we felt completely unwelcome. Front desk staff even made racist comments. It was shocking and unacceptable. A terrible stay, and we would never return. I strongly don't recommend this hotel.

Free parking was a great bonus, and you can walk to the city center, so there was no need to rent a car. The hotel is very good for large families with children. The room has its own washer and dryer, so you don't need many clothes. I think a set of pajamas is enough, since you can wash them at night. The kitchen has all kinds of utensils, dishes, pots, cutting boards and cups, as well as a dishwasher. The balcony is very safe, so even if you've had too much to drink, you don't need to worry about jumping off.
