Pauline was the highlight for us. We dealt with her throughout, and she was exceptional, always such a friendly face at reception. She made our stay really enjoyable. My family and I came for a basketball tournament over the Australia Day long weekend. The apartment and bathrooms were clean and tidy when we arrived, and the kids loved the clean pool. Wifi was provided and worked without any issues. Our late check-in at 11pm had been communicated clearly, with no hiccups. We also asked to add two nights, which they accommodated at a good price. The reception team were so friendly, nice and accommodating.

I slept really well in the comfortable room, and the bed was nice. The kitchen and cooking facilities were great to have, whether I wanted to reheat something or cook a meal. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne’s South East.

I was in town for a specialist vet operation and needed somewhere pet-friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, with a full kitchen and washer/dryer, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Shops and restaurants are close by, and it was good value. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed using the pool every day, and parking was easy. It’s a very clean, convenient place, with super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely go back.

We stayed three nights with family for a basketball tournament. The apartment had great facilities, so we could relax between games, cook meals if we wanted and do laundry to keep the players fresh. The pool area was a good place to cool off and chat with other guests. Pauline at the front desk was friendly, accommodating and hard-working over the long weekend. She really cares about her guests.
