We were up on the 31st floor, and the view made the price worthwhile. The host was incredibly nice, and when I asked for extra towels they arrived within minutes. There’s an IGA downstairs and a tram zone nearby, though it isn’t a free tram zone. Great facilities, and the parking was worth having too.

Michael made our birthday weekend so good. He was flexible and kept in touch well, and the night came with amazing views over the river, casino and city. Definitely recommend him as a host, so ask for Michael!

They called me late on a Friday night asking for cash payment. When I said no, they got offensive and abusive. I refused to stay and asked for my money back, but they charged me anyway.

Peter was such a helpful host, a great man. The apartment had lovely views and a great location, and it was the best place we stayed in Melbourne. We’d recommend Jade Resorts to anyone. All the best, guys.

Peter was a lovely, friendly host and the service apartment was comfortable. Great spot near the casino and city, and it worked really well for a short Melbourne stay.
