In general, it was good for the price and location, and I’d stay again. The room was clean, and the older-style aircon/heater worked okay. The soap and shampoo smelled lovely, but the conditioner in the second room was empty.

I was upgraded at check-in to a One-Bedroom Executive Apartment, which added comfort and showed Quest Docklands’ commitment to guest satisfaction. It was modern, spacious and well-appointed, and felt more like a home away from home. The cleanliness was remarkable, with spotless surfaces and no dust. You could tell housekeeping take pride in their work. I’d booked a single room at the last minute, and the experience impressed me from start to finish. The concierge team sent timely text updates with clear directions, which made arriving safely and getting into the building easy. Their attentiveness and professionalism went far beyond what I’ve experienced at many other places. Staff service was outstanding too. Quest Docklands has set a new standard for quality accommodation for me. I’d highly recommend it for reliable service, thoughtful hospitality and comfort, and look forward to returning.

The view was the only downside. I stayed at Quest Docklands in a spacious one-bedroom apartment with all the amenities, and the location was superb, with easy connections to the CBD, Southern Cross Station, Marvel and South Wharf. The staff were really helpful, especially Shivnesh.

The room was really good, and I enjoyed the amenities. We had twin beds, though the mattress on mine felt pretty worn. It’s amazingly close to Marvel, so I’d definitely stay again.
