My friends and I stayed at INSA serviced apartment in the city and were asked for a $300 bond. We were told it would be back in my account within 3-5 days of checkout, but after several calls and messages, the money still hadn't been released. Weeks later, my bank is having to chase it. The manager, Dina, has a horrible, rude attitude and is very unprofessional. I'd avoid this place. It's not worth the hassle.

I stayed at no.51 for two weeks. The location was lovely, close to Dandenong Station and Plaza, and the place was well equipped. There was one large bathroom, a smaller one, and only a toilet downstairs. Having a full bathroom downstairs too would have added value.

A great place for a group of eight. We recently booked a four-bedroom apartment for six people visiting from overseas, and they were very impressed with the quality. It was well furnished and had a well-equipped kitchen.
