The room was spacious, lovely and had everything you’d need for a longer stay. The blonde lady at reception was especially great throughout, very professional and always went above and beyond to help where she could. Thank you!

Shops and fast food places are within walking distance, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a lovely stay, with a comfortable room.

Having our New Year’s family party in the conference room at no extra cost made the celebration memorable and stress-free. The staff were attentive, helpful and accommodating with everything our family needed. Our room was very spacious, and the air conditioning kept the temperature comfortable throughout. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. We had a great experience from start to finish, and would gladly return and recommend the hotel.

They still charged the same rate, but there was no room service on weekends or public holidays and they didn’t provide milk for coffee. Poor service.

I’m really grateful to the staff here. They’re kind, willing to go above and beyond, and deal with any issues I raise quickly and professionally. That’s rare these days. 😇
