Travelling with family can get expensive, so the affordable price here was a real plus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful the whole time, and the rooms were spotless and spacious, which made for a very comfortable stay.

Mr Carl at reception looked after us warmly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. With the economy cooling and everyone working themselves to the bone, it's rare to see that kind of attitude. I have RBF syndrome myself, so I was especially impressed by the level of service.

This place feels like home to me. I've stayed for one or two months on several visits, and the experience has been excellent each time. It's a modern, comfortable, well-maintained spot, and I'll definitely stay again. The location is right next to Monash University in a quiet business park, peaceful throughout the day. Basement parking is convenient. There's some construction nearby right now, but the rooms are so well soundproofed it's barely noticeable. The apartments are airy, clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with balconies looking toward the Dandenong Ranges in the distance. There's a full kitchen, plus smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, which makes longer stays convenient. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

I accidentally booked a room a month too early. They called to ask what time I was arriving, and when I called back around 9pm on the booking day, they kindly moved the reservation to the following month. No charge and no complaints, just understanding and helpfulness. I got lucky. Thank you for the kind service.
