I visit Quest Hotel Preston almost daily for work to attend to a patient, and I've repeatedly found the reception staff rude and discourteous. It seems to happen regardless of who's on duty, and several colleagues have also commented on the team's behaviour and attitude. This evening, a staff member saw me vaping before I entered the building and wrongly assumed I had smoked inside. She then complained to my colleague about the alleged smoking, even though she had no evidence it had happened. That false accusation, along with the ongoing unprofessional conduct, led me to write this review. I worry this could further harm the hotel's reputation, especially given other issues in recent months. I hope the right manager or staff development lead sees this. More training in customer service, professionalism, communication and respectful interactions would help, particularly given how many customers, nurses, carers, doctors and other healthcare workers regularly come to the premises. I can provide specific dates, times and staff names from previous incidents if management needs more information.

The room had plenty of space, was clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and their flexibility with a late departure at short notice was a big help. Fantastic experience, great value, and I'd highly recommend Quest Preston.

The front and back of house teams were fabulous and made us feel welcome. Our room was spacious and full of natural light, and the property sits in a lively area with options for everyone in the family. A quiet, restful and classy stay. Highly recommend!

The team at Quest Preston were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout, and their attentive service made us feel well looked after. Our family found the apartment comfortable and well equipped, a real home away from home, and we'd highly recommend it to families visiting Melbourne's northern suburbs. We made good use of the secure on-site parking, fitness center and outdoor seating area. Preston Market was close by for fresh produce and lots of food choices, and family attractions like the Melbourne Zoo were a short drive away. Regent and Preston train stations were both 800m away, making it easy to get into Melbourne's CBD. The apartment was spacious and spotless when we arrived, with room for all of us to relax. Beds and bedding were comfortable, so everyone slept well. The full kitchen had a full-size fridge, dishwasher and microwave, which made family meals easy. Having a washing machine and dryer in the room was especially handy with children. We also appreciated the strong shower pressure, complimentary toiletries and Smart TVs in the rooms for evening entertainment.

The two male cleaners who used to work there, Joseph and Ibb, were amazing and always ready to help. I came back to book and stay recently, and the female cleaner was extremely rude. I politely asked her to direct me to the gym and she ignored me, then gave me a disgusting attitude. They really brightened up the place. Bring Joseph and Ibb back.
