Readyset Fulton Lane Melbourne

The road closures around Melbourne made getting around difficult, which was the downside. Otherwise, I loved the condo's location, close to lots of city spots. It's near Queen Elizabeth market, and QV and Melbourne Central are within walking distance. The facilities include swimming pools and a gym.

I used to live here and really liked the iCondo app. You can chat with neighbors, sell stuff to them and book facilities. Melb Central is just 5 minutes away, with restaurants and grocery stores nearby, including Metro and Asian stores like Crown and Hometown. For late night food, Cupanda, Hot-Star and Gong Cha stay open. The elevator is quick, the neighbors were never noisy, and the place stayed not too hot in summer or too cold in winter. The white goods were good too, AC, washer, dryer, oven, stove and fridge, and I never had a problem with them. There are nice facilities, including a big theatre room, swimming pool and private lounge, though I barely used them lmao. The main thing I didn't like was how little light came into my apartment. Even on a really sunny day, it wasn't very bright inside. Still, I loved living here and will definitely miss it 🥲

This apartment was bad, definitely NOT RECOMMENDED. You can't collect your key directly, you have to wait for another company to send it, and that fxxking company charged $20 at 9pm.

The building manager is selfish, unkind and arrogant. He ignores you and won't help, so don't move into this building. A lot of the facilities they boast about don't work, and there aren't any weights in the gym either.
