StayCentral - Moonee Ponds Penthouse

We stayed for three weeks and would highly recommend this luxurious penthouse to families. Its position halfway between the airport and city worked perfectly, and the tram stop right outside made getting into the CBD easy. The teens had Essendon DFO nearby and Essendon North Village just a short walk away. We kicked a footy at Cliff Allison Park behind the complex. The palm tree boulevard out front and the city skyline lit up at night made for great views. We’ll definitely stay again.

The location was convenient, with Essendon train station just around the corner and the tram stop up the road. Cafes and restaurants are plentiful around Rose St, Napier St and Albion, and Queens park and its outdoor pool, Windy Hill gym and pool, and Moonee Ponds shopping precinct are all within walking distance. The modern three-bedroom apartment has superb city views and was clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, including a washer and dryer. It was surprisingly quiet despite being on a main road at Cnr Mt Alexander & Pitches St. What’s advertised is what you get. I’d highly recommend it for a short or long stay.

Five women, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and everything was perfect. The place was beautiful, modern and spotless, with a fantastic kitchen, multiple car parks and really comfy beds. We watched a conference for three days, and this was the best! Everything was so easy. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay and plan to come back soon. Stays Central were keen to help with any questions, and it was easy to walk to the shops, restaurants and bars in both Moonee Ponds and Essendon. The apartment was spacious, clean and fully equipped, and the location was great.
