The open feel really stood out, thanks to the extra-high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment is sleek, very modern and clean, and the double rainfall showers in the main bedroom ensuite were my favourite feature. We also ate dinner on the balcony most nights, enjoying the sun and the trees from the private outdoor area below. There are several lovely green parks nearby. It's a special place in a fun part of Melbourne, just off Chapel St, and feels much more spacious than the cramped hotel-like apartments you often find in central areas. There's an outdoor pool too.

We had a great weekend in this character-filled apartment, with a very comfy bed, renovated bathroom and comfortable lounge. The kitchen is modern, the place was spotless, and it had all the facilities we needed. East Melbourne is leafy, with parks, local cafes and restaurants all around. We strolled through Yarra Park and Fitzroy Gardens, then watched the sunset as birds settled among the huge old heritage trees. The location also made it easy to reach the MCG, Rod Laver Arena and Melbourne CBD on foot. Stunning spot, super clean, and eleven out of ten.

Chris was communicative and very helpful, and it was clear that customer care mattered to him. The apartment itself had plenty of charm and character, and the location put us close to the city, MCG and the restaurants on Wellington St and Bridge Rd. There's also a delightful coffee shop on the nearby corner. We had considered other properties in his collection, and those seemed just as well located and appointed.

The only thing I missed was a television in the lounge, for watching sport or a movie while relaxing in the evening. Otherwise, it's excellent accommodation in a fantastic spot for Chapel Street shopping, Prahran market, trams into the city and local nightlife. Highly recommend it, and I'll use it again.

Right in the centre of town, this stunning apartment was spacious and clean. The room was lovely, with a beautiful king bed and gorgeous ensuite. I'll be back!
