The bathrooms had been newly renovated, which made staying here a pleasure. I was grateful for the pool, hot tub, fridge and kettle, and they’d even left cream in the fridge for us. I also thought it was good value for money at sunshine motor in.

The room was neat and clean, with an updated bathroom, though an exhaust fan would be useful. The bed and pillows were super comfy for us. It was a nice place to stay, but both meals we had were terrible, so I can’t recommend the restaurant.

6/10
We booked twice in the past month and got room 5 the first time, which didn’t have a smart TV, then a different room that did. Not every room has one. Neither room had a microwave, just a bar fridge. The rooms and ensuites were modern enough, spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a table with two cushioned chairs that were good for eating. After-hours check-in was included, with the key left in a lockbox. The Wi-Fi wasn’t good enough for the smart TV, so we used our mobile data to watch Prime Video.

The rooms are looking very tired, but the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was great. Sonya (the manager?) was friendly and very helpful, a real asset to the place.

The place was nice and clean, though parking in the corner rooms was a bit of a drama because the lines aren’t clearly marked. We also had some rowdy guests outside late at night.
