There was a fire in this building in 2014 because of the combustible cladding used in its construction, and the cladding still hasn't been replaced. Stay at your own risk. Another building by the same builder had a fire in February 2019. Seeing "Local Guides" give this place good ratings makes that title seem pretty useless.

The room feels pretty dated.

A great place to stay, and very convenient for Southern cross station and a tram stop. The views from the rooms are incredible.

A nice place to stay for lovely city views, especially from a corner room on the top floor.

The facilities are good and the view is great, though the lifts are painfully slow.
