The location is brilliant, and the penthouse (508) was roomy enough for three couples. We loved how quiet it was. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms excellent. The kitchen had all it needed, and the smart TV worked really well and was easy to use. Reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and took an interest in our trip.

Mars at reception made me feel at home right away. They were welcoming and genuinely helpful. My room was spotless, spacious and beautifully presented, with thoughtful details that made it extra comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The quality and service went beyond what I expected. I had an amazing stay, would absolutely recommend it, and will definitely be back!

The location worked brilliantly for us, within walking distance of lots of cafes, Coles and the chemist, and close to the city and the places we wanted to visit. Parking was provided and the apartment was clean. Our two-bedroom place worked well for six people, including two toddlers. Wide, comfortable toilets and showers, plus the washing machine and dryer, were great additions. A crib would've been better, though. We stayed three days. I asked the room service staff member to empty the baskets and bring extra towels, but nothing had changed when we came back. The same happened in the rooms of my three other family friends. The hotel was otherwise clean. Getting into the garage was a little tricky on Melbourne's very narrow streets, though that's not really the hotel's fault. Those are the reasons for my four stars; otherwise it would've been five.

Great views of AAMI Park, and it’s a good hotel overall. Check-in went well, the man was friendly, though some of the other staff weren't as friendly. There’s a train station and tram within walking distance, with food and shops nearby.
