A well-built complex with modern, luxurious finishes, secure-feeling check-in, and intercom access. The concierge was under repair, but the person there was very helpful and helped me contact the right residents. Apartments have great views and spacious balconies, though the windows need exterior cleaning, which can be resolved. There’s also a gym and indoor pool. I spoke with a resident who’s very happy being close to Victoria Market and on the quieter side of Melbourne West.

I’m very dissatisfied with the building manager team. Their behavior has been impolite and unfair, and I hope management takes steps to improve the service so every resident is treated respectfully and fairly.

I wanted to bring an important issue about istana staff to istana management. Everyone is good and helpful except one man, whose name I don’t know. I usually see him on the evening shift. He is rude and acts like he owns the building. He doesn’t know how to speak to people or respond to questions, and he can’t communicate properly in English. We’ve had issues with him twice. I think he’s security, but he’s very unprofessional. I’d really appreciate it if istana management would take action. Thank you.

The reception staff are friendly, and the apartment has a jacuzzi, pool, sauna, and gym. It’s a plush place right by Flagstaff garden and beside radisson hotel. The location is fantastic for transport, with flagstaff bus stop and flagstaff train station nearby, and it’s just behind queen victoria garden.
