The location made getting around really easy, especially with the train station so close. The hotel was clean and well maintained. A special thanks to Alice Diamond at the front desk. She was thoughtful, professional and attentive throughout my stay, and her warm, dedicated service made me feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

YEHS Hotel Melbourne CBD is handy if you're arriving by train, since it's super close to Southern Cross Station. It was my first place to stay in Melbourne, and now I often come back whenever I'm in town. The location is strategic and the place is quite good. I've been lucky to get pretty spacious rooms, even when booking through Airbnb. It's comfortable enough for a city stay.

Everything was within walking distance, and our room looked just like the pictures. Check-in and check-out were incredibly quick, too. We had a great stay at YEHS. Curry at reception was incredibly helpful and such a nice person to talk to. Thanks so much, we'll definitely be back next time we're in Melbourne.

The staff were all lovely and welcoming, and Curry at reception deserves a big shoutout. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and helpful throughout our stay. He also made check-in really smooth, which made the visit even better. The place was clean and comfy, with a really nice vibe. We'd definitely stay here again!
