We brought our small hypoallergenic dog, who seemed to like the accommodation too. Kalindo is pet friendly, with pet specific rooms and reasonable conditions. There was one other dog on site, and it was good to see everyone keeping their dogs under control with no major barking. The rooms are clean, there’s plenty of hot water and the facilities are good. It’s close to the beach and town centre. Carol was a terrific host, kind and helpful. A good choice for a stay in Merimbula.

It was hard to say goodbye, and we’d love to stay at Kalindo again. The two bedroom place suited our three girls and us, and it was spotless and neat, with beach memorabilia and pictures on the walls. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Alan and Carol were the best part, working hard as hosts to make us comfortable and help make the stay memorable. Kalindo is also well placed for exploring all the great things nearby.

We had a long weekend here with our young kids and will definitely come back. Lovely place, very clean, comfortable beds, a great location and a good pool. Alan and Carol were helpful managers, always willing to assist.

The owners take a real interest in helping guests relax, and this place is a hidden treasure. It’s close to local fish and chips, with plenty of places nearby to park, fish and catch prawns. The accommodation has good air conditioning and heating, basic utensils and cutlery, plus a big fridge. The pool was clean, and we enjoyed the birds for company.

We arrived after 7pm and Annette greeted us warmly. She showed us to the room, walked us through the facilities and brought us delicious scones. The room was tidy and very clean, with everything we needed, and the location was great. We’ll look to stay again.
