We stayed for nine nights and just got home. The place was small but really welcoming, and we loved it. The room was very clean and had everything we needed, including milk in the fridge and Xmas cookies when we arrived. Allen and Julie were great managers, and whenever we needed something, they had it for us. Thanks for the lovely platter on New Year’s Eve, the mini scrolls were a delight. Thanks also to Allen for the hooks for my partner. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you both for making us feel welcome and helping us out when we needed it.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and Alan, the manager, was lovely and made the whole stay enjoyable. You can’t beat the location, right down the road from the beach and a short walk over to town.

The pool and garden are lovely, and you can tell Alan and Julie put a lot of work into keeping them that way. Our family of five spent two weeks here in January. The units were spacious, clean and well equipped, and the location was excellent. Alan, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. He’s quite a character. Thanks, Alan.

I came back to stay for a week with my two kids after an earlier two-night visit in 2023. The location is spot on: 100m to the beach, 200m to fish and chips, and 1km into town. Alan, the owner, is friendly and easygoing, and the price is great for what you get. If I’m in Merimbula again, I’ll stay here.

The place was clean and well maintained, and the host responded quickly. The managers were also really helpful. We stayed in Jan 2024, and for what it was, we had no complaints. Would come back.
