It was an easy walk to the beach, with a cafe right next door, and there’s a downstairs cubby for boards and beach gear. Just be aware there’s no lift, only stairs, which makes carrying heavy luggage tricky. The apartment itself was perfect: modern, clean, neat and beachy, with a sunny, airy feel. It also had a washing machine and dryer. I walked in and felt relaxed straight away.
