The manager Neil is the nicest, most accommodating guy around. We’d highly recommend this place whether you want to relax or try the area’s more adventurous activities, and we’ll be back! The apartments are clean and spacious, with beautifully maintained grounds and pool. The location is fantastic: an easy walk to the beach, which was handy with our three young kids and all their beach gear, and an easy walk into town too.

Our apartment ended up being the best part of the holiday for all three kids, aged 16, 14 and 8. We’re a family of 5 from Melbourne and don’t get away often, so I’ll cherish this Merimbula trip. We hadn’t travelled to the fascinating Sapphire coast before, and having the apartment as our base made a world of difference. There’s a cute salmon pink Melrose Place feel to the building that made me smile. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the appliances and fittings have clearly been updated over the years. The kitchen and living room were especially lovely. The pool was delightful, and a welcome change when the beach didn’t suit us. Walks to and from the venue were wonderful, and it was close to everything we needed in town. Neil, the Manager, made the biggest impression on me. He was a delight to speak to and came across as someone who genuinely loves his work. It was the best vacation our family could have hoped for, and Tuscany was a big part of it. Thanks!

The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The pool area was lovely, too. It’s just a two-minute walk to the beach, and restaurants in town are easy to reach on foot. We’d come back.

We make a point of coming back every year because the location puts you close to everything. The apartments are roomy, the facilities are good, and the staff are friendly. Merimbula is about a kilometre away on foot, with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Definitely worth a visit. 😀

The units were spotless and well equipped, and the gardens are nicely kept. There’s a saltwater pool and a pleasant place to sit outside and enjoy the weather. You need to bring your own pool towels, though the other linen is supplied. Neil, the manager, is very friendly and helpful, but may not be there at check-in, so it’s a good idea to call ahead on your first visit. The Tuscany complex is in the fishpen area of Merimbula, within walking distance of both the beach and back lake, so we didn’t need the car.
