Breakfast had muesli, toast, fruit and pod coffee, and the room was very clean and comfortable. We slept really well after riding over from Beechworth. Factory Lane B&B is also handy for an easy ride to The Cheese Company and Brown Brothers Wines.

It was peaceful and restful, especially since ours was the only occupied building at the time. Shops and hotels were close by, too. The place was tidy, clean and comfortable, with all the food and drinks we could have needed, including fruit and bread. My wife and I couldn't have asked for better accommodation. Thanks, Russel and Carmella.

Warm, cosy and comfortable, with gourmet food and wine nearby. We couldn't have asked for more and will definitely be back.

The bed was comfortable and the room clean. It was quiet, too, with an excellent breakfast and easy access to Milawa's attractions.
