Dennis was friendly whenever we saw him, keeping the courtyards looking lovely. We stayed in the pet apartment with my husband, our three-month-old son and our cat, which made it easy to visit my family in Irymple. I grew up in Mildura and lived there until I was 27, so being able to return with my little family meant a lot. There were two courtyards: one securely enclosed for pets, and another with a small barbecue. Both had tables and chairs, and the pet yard had an umbrella for shade; the other courtyard had a pergola. Inside, we had the usual appliances and cooking supplies, plus a washing machine that came in very handy for baby clothes. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

We spent three nights here and were really happy with our choice. The unit was easy to access with a code, and the owners were simple to get in touch with. Our dog had room to move around and a good-sized yard. It’s an easy walk to the river walk, central shops and plenty of places to eat. We especially liked Okane Sushi just up the road, EightRamen and Banjos Bakery, though there were lots of other options. The teapot was lovely. A coffee plunger would have made it just about perfect.

It’s a quiet spot, and you can walk to the shops and restaurants. We’ve stayed here before and it feels like home, with a washing machine and dishwasher. If something’s needed or there’s a problem, just call Dennis and he’ll sort it out. We’d stay again next time we visit Mildura.

The location makes it easy to walk to Mildura’s shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well equipped, in a small, well-kept group of four, with secure private outdoor areas.

We booked five nights and had a great stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and very quiet, with a good location close to the CBD. The Wi-Fi was very good, which is a must these days. Dennis was helpful and only a call or text away whenever we had a question. We’d happily recommend 112 Olive Apartments and will book again when we’re back in Mildura.
