We’ve just finished our honeymoon travels here and had a lovely time. Our cosy room looked over the pool and out toward the ocean. The place is right on the beach and near the restaurant hub, and the staff were warm and welcoming. I’d recommend staying here if you’re looking for somewhere in mission beach.

Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, and the location right on Mission Beach is lovely. We were lucky to visit just after the full moon and see the “stairway to the moon.” We need more time here, so we’ll be back.

Flooding meant we couldn’t spend the few holiday days we’d booked at Mission beach while driving toward Cairns in our rental car. I called club Wyndham, and the staff were incredibly helpful about cancelling the booking and arranging a refund. We’d been really looking forward to staying and will definitely come back. Ten stars for the service, thank you.

Woollies is a four kilometre drive away, while the beach is less than 50 metres from here. The bar and restaurant look great, and I’ll give them a try in the next couple of days. You can walk into town if you want to. It’s a great beachfront spot, and once the full refurbishment is finished, the rooms should be up to the usual Club Wyndham standard.
