The setting on the Murray River is hard to beat. There’s plenty of room to sit back by the BBQ facilities and enjoy the peaceful surrounds while houseboats pass by. The rooms are quiet and very clean, and having a kitchenette with a microwave makes self-catering easy. There’s also a BBQ outside. I’ve been coming here for years, first as a child with my parents and now with my own family. The motel rooms have been updated over time, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The RSL and Rich River Golf Clubs are nearby and can offer courtesy buses. For breakfast or lunch and great coffee, 3 black sheep cafe is across the road.

Waking up beside the river each morning was refreshing. The lawns and outdoor facilities are beautifully kept, with lots of places to sit and enjoy the quiet. Everything was neat and clean, and the staff made us feel welcome with their friendliness and personal touch. We had a wonderful stay and would come back. Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

There’s a pool, tennis court, kids play ground, and a lovely walking trail along Perricoota street that leads into Moama. Cadell's is a perfect destination for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are spacious and have an outdoor area where you can sit, read, relax, BBQ, and enjoy the Murray river. Utensils are provided, and the BBQ plate was spotless. You can enjoy a meal in picturesque surroundings.

This was our third year in a row spending New Year at Cadell on the Murray, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Our group stayed seven nights, and Craig and his team once again made the holiday relaxing and enjoyable with excellent service. The facilities are fantastic and well maintained, and the staff make it easy to unwind. Craig clearly cares about his guests, which makes a real difference. The service and facilities have been consistently good, and we’d recommend it to others looking for an enjoyable holiday stay.

A lovely, quiet spot overlooking the river, great for a peaceful weekend away. The rooms were very clean and the staff friendly. It’s a short drive into town and close to the Golf Club.
